NEW: Brochure "Precisions Nozzles and Systems for Roll Cooling and Lubrication in Rolling Mills"

This new brochure gives a complete overview of the wide range of Lechler spray nozzles and systems for roll cooling applications, including the new nozzle series 6E and 6F.

In addition to these products Lechler offers thermal roll cooling studies to improve product quality and to increase mill speed and productivity.

NEW: Brochure "Scalemaster HP Superior Nozzles for Hydromechanical Descaling"

The Scalemaster HPS is the ideal nozzle for descaling in conventional hot strip mills when the vertical spray height is not below 150 mm. The Scalemaster HPS improves rolled material surface, saves on pump energy and the reduction of splash volume.

In addition, Lechler offers the MiniScalemaster HP Superior which is used when the nozzle pitch requires a smaller nozzle size. The advantages are spray height reduction and is an ideal nozzle for every thin slab hot rolling mill, plate mill or any other hot rolling mills.
