Nozzle Tip Mounting Bases and Bodies
When a nozzle tip design is the best choice for an application, Lechler offers a wide variety of mounting bases and bodies. Standard threaded inlet versions are available in addition to split eyelets. (Threaded versions as these offer no self aligning feature.)

Note that there are two outlet thread availabilities, 3/8" BSPP and 11/16" -16. The first is more common on equipment built abroad. The second is more common in the US. The two are not compatible. If you are not sure which you have, a thread pitch gage should tell the difference. 3/8" BSPP has a pitch of 19 threads per inch.

For clog prone applications, strainers offer an easy way to keep nozzles open. We offer a variety to fit the appropriate bases. Strainers equipped with check valves close off the flow when pressure goes down. This ensures that nozzles do not continue to drip after spraying cycles and that headers or piping do not drain.
