SuperSonic Atomizing Nozzle
Lechler’s Supersonic atomizing nozzle produces a cooling fog-like spray. Wide free flow passages accommodate viscous fluids and some abrasive fluids.

Atomization of these fluids is further enhanced by an accelerated flow design: First, a supply of air and liquid enters the atomizing nozzle’s mixing chamber. Second, acceleration of the mix occurs as the nozzle chamber narrows. The result: Upon atomization, the liquid disintegrates into a fine fog with a high flow rate and long projection.
