Easy Clip Nozzle Adapter
When it’s time to install a conventional nozzle, you don’t need a welder, half couplings or even a pipe tap. Just drill a hole in the side of your header pipe and snap on the nozzle adapter. Each adapter has a threaded mount for a conventional nozzle, with mounts in 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPTF available.
For low pressure applications, a single stainless steel clip is more than enough, while two clips permit pressures up to 125 psi.
Construction of glass reinforced polypropylene and EPDM seal stands up to a wide variety of acids and caustics, even at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C).
Nozzle bases and clips are designed for 1", 11/4", 11/2" and 2" pipe of metal or plastic. All it takes is a 21/32" hole, no threading required.
