Full Cone Spray Nozzles
Lechler full cone nozzles excel in applications that require extraordinarily uniform liquid distribution across a circular or square area. Applications include product coating, product cooling, and stationary washing or rinsing.
Lechler offers two styles of full cone nozzles: axial and tangential.
Lechler axial full cone nozzles incorporate a modified x-style vane, promoting more precise distribution and constant pattern width.
Lechler’s patented tangential full cone nozzles are unique to the spraying industry. Unlike conventional “right angle” type full cone nozzles, Lechler tangential full cone nozzles are free of swirl inserts or vanes for maximum resistance to clogging. Other design advantages include precise liquid flow distribution and spray angles that are extremely stable under pressure fluctuation.
