Lechler’s Free Spray full cone nozzles utilize a one-piece design with non-removable vanes to provide excellent spray distribution of large droplets throughout the suggested 1/2 psi to 60 psi operating range. Large open orifices accommodate large particulates for clog-free performance.

Free Spray™ Full Cone Nozzles High Capacity
Flange type “Free Spray” full cone nozzles offer the same performance characteristics of Lechler threaded Free Spray nozzles, but are suited for high capacity, high flow rate applications.

Non-clogging operation is attributed to the large free passage design. These nozzles provide uniform spray distribution while producing very large droplets.
