Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles
Lechler hollow cone nozzles produce an especially fine, atomized liquid flow, with spray patterns characterized by a ring-shaped impact area. These nozzles are ideal for gas cooling, aerating, dust control, and spray drying.

Lechler offers two styles of hollow cone nozzles: axial and tangential.

Lechler axial hollow cone nozzles employ spiral grooves or inclined channels along a straight-through flow line to produce swirl and atomization.

Lechler tangential hollow cone nozzles utilize a right angle supply of liquid. Swirl and atomization are achieved via a swirl chamber, — without the use of a swirl insert, for maximum resistance to clogging.
