Axial Hollow Cones – Very Low Capacity
For the finest mist spray with the smallest droplets that a nozzle can produce
without compressed air, Lechler’s Series 212 very low flow axial hollow cones
fill the bill. This series can achieve extremely low flow rates even at higher
inlet pressures for such applications as disinfection, humidification of air,
and spraying of light lubricating oils. Each Series 212 nozzle comes standard
with a cylindrical strainer which helps prevent clogging by filtering out
particles larger than the nozzle’s very small orifice. Nozzle material options
are 316 Stainless Steel and Hardened Stainless Steel while the strainer comes in
either brass or Monel material. Connections are either ¼” BSPP or ¼ BSPT.
