Plastic Tangential Hollow Cones for Conditioning of Air
Lechler’s Series 350 nozzles are a unique product primarily designed for use in
the conditioning of air, such as in air washers. This nozzle’s high-performance
spray creates both a narrow range of droplet sizes and an extremely uniform
distribution of liquid over the entire spray pattern. For the purpose of
conditioning of air, this combination ensures that droplets of approximately the
same size and quantity will be sprayed in the air throughout the spray area. But
these can also be used for other applications such as dust and foam control and
filter spraying. The nozzle comes standard in a 3/8” NPT Female connection in
POM material.
An optional accessory specifically for the Series 350 nozzle is a Quick Clamp
unit, consisting of a stainless steel clamp and a polyurethane gasket. The unit
simply clamps onto a pipe and the nozzle easily connects to it.
