Oval Full Cone Secondary Cooling Nozzle
For continuous casters that use hydraulic full cone nozzles, the oval shaped spray allows very precise overlap of the spray cones across the entire width of the product.

Lechler oval full cones all have characteristic 60° x 90° spray angles with uniform distribution. They offer the unique feature of having a permanently brazed swirl insert which resists being drawn into the piping when the system drains.
