MiniSCALEMASTER® Compact Descale Nozzle
New casting processes demand a new descaling approach. Thinner slabs and smaller cross sections need the most effective descaling with the least water to prevent overcooling the product.
MiniSCALEMASTER packs the power of the full sized unit into the most compact package available. With nozzles closer together (less than 2" possible) the header can be closer to the strip for effective descaling with the least water. You can also tuck the header into roll stands where you never thought there was room. The nozzles can be 4" or less from the strip in most cases!
Impact performance and pressure limits are identical to the standard ScaleMaster, so you don’t sacrifice anything for the size advantage.
