New Socket Alignment Feature Tip Assembly
Lechler now introduces the new generation of self aligning nozzle tips. The Socket Alignment System incorporates all the features of dovetails without any of the drawbacks:

• Nozzle tips can be inserted in the caps and mounted with one hand.
  
• The cap cannot be screwed into place without the nozzle alignment engaged properly.
  
• The alignment flats are protected inside the base for greater durability.
  
• Tip change outs will be quicker and more positive than ever.

You’ve already seen the Socket Alignment System on the ScaleMaster and Mini ScaleMaster. Now this proven approach is available on low pressure flat fans. These capacities are ideal for roll cooling applications.

Once the bases are aligned with the handy tool, the nozzle will always have the optimum pattern offset. With the alignment flats down inside the base, they can’t be crushed or broken due to rough handling. Nozzle tips offer the same outstanding performance of Lechler’s other flat fan product lines.
