Teflon Whirling Tank Cleaning Nozzles
Whirling Nozzles made entirely from Teflon combine maximum corrosion resistance with minimum weight and size. The rotating head uses a spread of solid stream nozzles which offer concentrated impact combined with rinsing action between individual streams. Teflon requires no outside lubrication and provides its own bearing surface for simple construction that is self flushing and draining. Standard threaded inlets are the most common configuration, although Tri-Clamp® compatible and “sanitary” inlets are very popular in this product line.

Sizing Sanitary Inlets
The Teflon Whirling Nozzles fall into two size groups, one for 3/4" tube and pipe and the second for 1" tube and pipe. Each group offers four distinct slip-on inlet diameters to work as male or female inlets with either tubing or pipe. The AA chart are the 3/4" units and BB chart are the 1" units. Note that only the inlet diameter changes. (Flows and coverage are unaffected.) The position of the through hole and the length of the neck is the same for both sizes. Look at the diagram carefully and compare it with your installation before making a final decision. If you aren’t sure, call us. Add the appropriate inlet code to the part number you have chosen above.
