PTFE Whirling Tank Cleaning Nozzles
Whirling Nozzles made entirely from PTFE combine maximum corrosion resistance with minimum weight and size. The rotating head uses a spread of solid stream nozzles which offer concentrated impact combined with rinsing action between individual streams. PTFE requires no outside lubrication and provides its own bearing surface for simple construction that is self flushing and draining. These nozzles come standard in either ¾” or 1” NPT for threaded versions and ¾” and 1” for tube connections which connect with a sanitary pin. The tube connection versions meet strict 3A sanitary standards and are appropriate for CIP use in applications such as dairy and pharmaceutical.
