High Impact Tank Cleaning Machine
For the largest tanks and the most difficult applications, Lechler now offers a 360° gear driven tank cleaning machine that goes beyond anything we’ve had before.

The standard machine configuration uses two or four nozzles to blast the tank walls and rinse all surfaces. Unlike other Lechler tank washers, the M20 requires a minimum elapsed time to ensure that it passes through its full cycle and covers the entire tank interior.

There are two optional parts that go with the M20. One is a moveable cart, which is designed for use in places like wineries which have multiple large tanks that require cleaning. A special inverted M20 version (whose part number ends in “BRDRV”) can be attached to the cart for cleaning one tank and then the apparatus can be moved to other tanks so the same M20 can clean them as well. The other optional part is a special mounting bracket which connects to any M20 for the purpose of providing better spray coverage to long, horizontal tanks. This mounting device is especially appropriate for the cleaning of tank truck and railcar interiors, as it doubles the amount of spray that reaches the end bulkheads.
