Mini-Whirling Nozzle
If your budget is tight but you still want the cleaning power of a rotating tank washer, the Mini-Whirling nozzle is for you. Using precision molded PVDF, this tiny unit can clean kegs, drums and small tanks 3'-5' in diameter with minimal amounts of solution. You even have the choice of coverage directed straight up or just down. The slippery bearing surface allows the unit to spin with pressure as low as 5 psi and it operates in any position.
PVDF Construction tolerates a wide range of cleaners and solvents even at high temperatures. The low flow rates don’t offer the same brute cleaning power of our larger models, but they still offer more thorough coverage than static spray balls.

 Multiple Solid Stream Cleaning Nozzle
For quick rinsing of small kegs, drums or carboys, this cluster nozzle offers a low cost alternative. The stationary head offers 120° or 240° coverage with a selection of flow rates. Although it doesn’t rotate, this can give sufficient coverage for lighter washing requirements with diameters of 3 to 4 feet. Standard materials are 303 stainless or brass.
