Rotating extendable cleaning nozzles
Series 5P2/5P3 "PopUp Whirly"
When a certain fluid pressure is reached, the rotating cleaning nozzle of the PopUp Whirly automatically extends from the housing. These free-rotating rotary cleaners can be installed flush with the wall inside the container. They are also suitable for pipe cleaning. They are particularly interesting for applications in the food and beverage industry, as well as in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
Series 5P8/5P9 "PopUp Whirly Air"
The PopUp Whirly Air was specifically developed for the automated cleaning of pipelines and cyclones, ideal wherever cleaning nozzles cannot remain in the process. The extendable cleaning nozzle is designed for steam operation (SIP) and, thanks to its double-acting pneumatic cylinder, can also be used under vacuum conditions inside the vessel.
Series 5P7 “PopUp Whirly Air Hygienic”
The PopUp Whirly Air Hygienic is designed for cleaning pipes, ducts, cyclones, and automated cleaning where the cleaning nozzle must not remain in the process.
