Series 5P8/5P9 "PopUp Whirly Air"

The PopUp Whirly Air was specifically developed for the automated cleaning of pipelines and cyclones, ideal wherever cleaning nozzles cannot remain in the process. The extendable cleaning nozzle is designed for operation with steam (SIP) and, thanks to its double-acting pneumatic cylinder, can also be used under vacuum conditions inside the vessel. The nozzle is installed flush with the inner wall of the system and extends pneumatically for cleaning. A freely rotating rotor ensures thorough cleaning of all surrounding surfaces. After the cleaning process is complete, the nozzle automatically retracts into the housing, sealing it reliably and tightly. The PopUp Whirly Air is designed for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

The 5P8/5P9 Horizontal Duct version was specifically developed for the reliable cleaning of horizontally installed ducts. Thanks to its design, the PopUp Whirly Air ensures effective and thorough cleaning along the entire length of the horizontal pipes.

PopUp Whirly Air 5P8/5P9 Vertical Duct & Tower:

The 5P8/5P9 Vertical Duct & Tower version is particularly suitable for cleaning vertically running ducts and for spray shadow areas in towers. This makes the PopUp Whirly Air the ideal solution for plant areas where vertical structures or hard-to-reach zones require targeted and powerful cleaning.
