Lechler maintenance kit for IntenseClean 5TM

To ensure your IntenseClean 5TM jet cleaner operates continuously and efficiently, we recommend performing regular maintenance intervals, depending on the operating conditions. However, a minor maintenance check (Maintenance 1) should be performed after 500 hours of operation at the latest.

A major maintenance check (Maintenance 2) is recommended after 1,000 operating hours. This includes the steps performed in Maintenance 1. A visual inspection of the parts for wear must always be performed at each maintenance interval. Under particularly harsh operating conditions, the time until maintenance may be shortened. With our maintenance kit, specially designed for the IntenseClean 5TM, we offer you a way to perform maintenance yourself (except for ATEX versions), thus saving valuable time.
