Maintenance by the customer
For maintenance after 300 operating hours
To ensure that your 5TA tank cleaning nozzle works efficiently, we recommend performing maintenance a minimum of every 300 operating hours. Depending on the operating conditions, corresponding maintenance intervals are recommended. For example, under harsh operating conditions, the time in between maintenance intervals should be reduced. Always visually inspect the parts for wear at each maintenance interval. O-rings should be replaced after each time a sealing point is opened.
Full service maintenance by Lechler
We also offer a full service maintenance package where you send your unit directly to us and we send it back. The maintenance at Lechler is carried out by our technicians who have been trained for this . The maintenance service offered includes the 5TA Spare Part Package and assembly tools.
